Returns and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our policy below:

• Cancellations: We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
• Returns and Exchanges: Due to the personalised nature of most of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:

• Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly process a full refund once the item is returned to us.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged due to packaging errors on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping cost.

• For any order related issues, including damage or defects, please contact us here with your order number and details. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
• In cases where an order is returned due to the buyer not collecting it, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
